  • Outdoor learning / experiential learning
    It comes a day when you fill you need to learn something more and you fill you can not get it from the usual way.
    It comes a day when you need to learn something by action.
    Not listening but doing.
    Not talking but doing.
    Not watching but doing.
    It is the time to come Outdoor!
    Outdoor learning means “To learn by action”. Experiential learning means that you have to be there “all of you” and fell the experience!
    It means that you go outside, in the nature and put yourself in a situation of “not return”: once there you have to do it.
    This does not mean that you are going to do anything dangerous or hazardous, you just arrive to the point where you can not avoid to face your “inside”. Joy, fears, friendship, self strengthness, courageousness, curiosity, relax, tension, need of the others, and more…
    When you are here, with motherland and you are facing something new, it comes that you learn how to understand, how to host or how to overtake your fellings.
    OUR WAY
    We have not invented anything, we are not giving you anymore then many other company in the world, we are just giving you one of the many possible way: Our way if you want, any other way if you chose.
    They call outdoor learning the exercises that you do outside in the Hotel garden, the sport made in the football field or the “survival” made in the City park or not far from it.
    That’s fair enough. We can organize it for you.
    Our way is on the field!
    Canyoning, climbing (roc and Ice climbing), Hiking and trekking, Orienteering for us means “getting lost”, Sailing, mt. biking, caveing, canoeing, dragon boating,…
    Tough, but doable; Hard, but for everybody.
    We shall have the attention to make it at the right difficulty; We together with you will decide where to go, how long and how hard it should be, what you need to learn from it.
    We shall give your group always the best qualified people (alpine guides, federate Instructors).
    YOUR NEEDS
    If the “outdoor learning” is a technique used to help people’s company to learn how to work happier and better; that’s mean that it is one of the way that should help people to learn how to live better and be happier. And Motherland can do this staff!!!
    We know the field and the actions; But you need to know your and your company needs.
    During this kind of experiences we can focus on the “self power” on the “friendship” on the “ power of the team” on the “management” on the “communication” and we can organize the experience giving to the adventure that kind of need.
    Differently you can also let the experience to be learnt and the people to get what they wish.
    A consultant, close to your company it is however often useful.
